This Billing Policy explains our payment terms, subscription details, and refund procedures. By making a purchase on Teach Me Space, you agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms of Service.
Please review this policy carefully before making any purchases. Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final except as described in the Refund Policy section below.
1. Subscription Plans
Teach Me Space offers a Pro subscription plan that provides access to premium features.
1.1 Pro Plan

- Access to all lessons, worksheets, and missions
- Unlimited AI-powered explanations
- Downloadable content
- Priority support
1.2 Free Plan
- Access to selected free lessons
- Limited features
- No payment required
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
2.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
3.1 How to Cancel
- Go to your Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to cancel
3.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will not be charged again
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
- Your learning progress and account data will be preserved
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final.
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges (you were charged twice for the same subscription)
- Billing errors on our end
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction with the service.
4.2 Requesting a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us through our Contact page with your email address and details of the billing issue.
4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
5. Promo Codes & Discounts
Teach Me Space may offer promotional codes and discounts from time to time.
- Promo codes can be entered during checkout
- Only one promo code can be used per transaction
- Promo codes may have expiration dates or usage limits
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
6. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase
- You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect
- Price decreases will apply to your next billing cycle automatically
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again. If payment continues to fail:
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- You will have a grace period to update your payment method
- If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
To update your payment method, visit your Account Settings and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal.
8. Shop Purchases
In addition to subscriptions, Teach Me Space offers physical merchandise through our Shop.
8.1 Shop Refund Policy
- Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Contact us to initiate a return
9. Third-Party Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Teach Me Space is not responsible for:
- Stripe's processing fees, holds, or delays
- Issues with your bank or card issuer
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank
- Stripe service outages or technical issues
- Any actions taken by Stripe regarding your account or payments
We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, you must contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Fraudulent chargebacks: If you file a chargeback or dispute that is determined to be fraudulent or without merit, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account and access to all services
- Ban you from future purchases
- Pursue recovery of all fees, costs, and damages incurred
- Report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly may result in permanent account termination regardless of the dispute outcome.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The subscription service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Content will be accurate, complete, or current
- Any specific features will remain available
- The service will meet your specific expectations or requirements
Features, content, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time as we continue to improve and develop the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teach Me Space shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Content errors or omissions
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any third-party actions or services (including Stripe)
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania, do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights under applicable state law.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
- Filing unwarranted chargebacks or disputes
- Any reason at our sole discretion
If we terminate your account for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription time.
14. Automatic Renewal Disclosure
In accordance with Pennsylvania and federal automatic renewal laws, please read this disclosure carefully:
14.1 Subscription Terms
- Billing Cycle: Monthly
- Current Price: $6.00 per month for Pro subscription
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate until you cancel
- Payment Method: The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged automatically
14.2 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
- Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings, then click "Manage Subscription"
- Contact us through our Contact page
- Email us directly (see Contact page for details)
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until your current period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
14.3 Your Responsibilities
- Keep your payment information current and accurate
- Cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue
- Review your billing statements regularly
By subscribing, you expressly consent to these automatic renewal terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teach Me Space, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of this policy or the Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any dispute between you and a third party (including Stripe)
16. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Billing Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
17. Governing Law
This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, as specified in our Terms of Service. Any disputes shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined therein.
